EBSL is a privately owned and operated company  that was originally established in 1995 by David and Sandra Evans. David is a NZQA & LBP qualified building contractor specialising in commercial construction, refurbishments, interiors and shop fit-outs, and high end architectual homes.

We believe in focusing on being the best, giving clients the level of service and quality that they themselves would demand. This philosophy has allowed their business to enjoying steady growth during difficult economic times.

We offer a comprehensive interiors service, ranging from the refurbishment of small retail premises and offices, to complete turnkey fit-out solutions for new corporate headquarters or leisure facilities. The Evans team is personally and professionally committed to providing exceptional results at competitive prices for their clients; they will provide a specialized and proficient service for the management and/or construction of quality commercial projects.

Understanding the fit-out industry and having qualified and experienced builders on the job, allows for a practical approach to problem solving and effective contract management.  EBSL employ their own builders they are not at the mercy of  sub contractors, thus guaranteeing the quality of service offered.  With an extensive list of superior sub trades at our disposal, EBSL can assure our clients the relaization of agreed results.
